Simon Connect® serves as a dedicated platform designed to enhance communication among shopping center management, retailers, and the broader Simon community. Employees and managers from participating stores and restaurants can create a complimentary account to utilize the following features:

• Access up-to-date news and events within their respective centers.
• Take advantage of exclusive offers and discounts available at various stores within the shopping center.
• Request support from the center management by submitting work or support tickets.
• Gain instant access to essential documents and contact information.
• Receive security briefings and critical alerts regarding incidents occurring at the center.
• Manage payments for special invoices or tickets received by their store or restaurant.
• Engage in surveys and feedback initiatives aimed at improving the shopping experience for all stakeholders.
